HS 472 is a key milestone in Utopia Construction’s journey. Delivered for the New York City School Construction Authority (SCA), this state-of-the-art high school in Queens supports the next generation of healthcare professionals through close collaboration with Northwell Health. Recognized as one of the largest school projects undertaken by the SCA, HS 472 reflects our experience, precision, and commitment to public infrastructure.
Designed as the Northwell School of Health Sciences, the facility focuses on healthcare pathways including nursing, medical assisting, behavioral health, and healthcare management. Through paid internships, mentorship, and college credit opportunities, HS 472 creates meaningful, real-world learning experiences for students and lasting value for the community.
