Utopia Construction is WBE certified and was established in 2000. Utopia has been servicing the Tri-State area since and has become one of the premiere façade supply and installation subcontractors. Our management team offers a combined experience of over 75 years in design, manufacture, and installation of façade systems ranging from simple store fronts, unitized curtain wall systems, cladding systems, to complex tension rod façade systems and architectural metals. Our team intimately understands the challenges that are inherent in the manufacturing of a custom, engineered-to-order product because they experience it firs t hand every day. Our team has a broad range of experience, from former tenures as job-site managers, project director for façade projects on high-rises from Chicago to Singapore, ranging from 1-120 million dollars. Our projects include schools, public works, museums, commercial high rise, casinos, and hospitals.
